Refund Policy

We only offer refunds, returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of your order's delivery to receive a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds normally take 1-3 business days to be processed depending on your bank. If you have further questions about refunds, returns or exchanges please email us at merch@gamegrumps.com.

Can I exchange for a bigger/smaller size?

We do not offer exchanges for wrong sizes. Please consult the sizing guide provided with each garment before purchasing. We do have a clothing swap/sell option on our Discord–please email us at merch@gamegrumps.com for further details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at merch@gamegrumps.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or to have your order reshipped. Please include photos and/or videos of the damage in the body of the email. It will take 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed depending on your bank.
