Why hasn’t my shipping information updated?

Please allow 14 business days from the date of your order to allow for your carrier to receive and scan in the package.

How can I track my order?

Depending on which service fulfills your package, you will receive a notification in your email with a tracking number.

My tracking number is not working.

Oh no! Please reach out to merch@gamegrumps.com so we can do some digging to resolve this for you.

My package is lost in transit or was stolen.

If you used Route shipping insurance: Whether your order is missing in transit or has been marked as delivered (and you didn't receive it) reach out to Route directly concerning your order. To file a claim with route click here. Have your information handy and they will be able to assist you.

If you did NOT purchase Route shipping insurance: We have the same shipping information as you do—if your package has gone missing in transit or has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the missing mail.

1. Waiting up to a week to see if it gets delivered. Sometimes postal workers forget to deliver your package along their route or mark it "delivered" by mistake.

2. Ask your neighbors! Often times package are misdelivered! Especially if you live in an apartment complex!

3. Contact your local post office and see if they are holding your package. It may have been marked undeliverable and they’ll be able to help you figure out what went wrong.

We are not responsible for lost or missing mail. If you choose not to purchase Route shipping insurance, you are doing so at your own risk. We will not re-ship or refund orders that go missing.

This could be due to incorrect address, phone number, or your carrier could not deliver to the location. Please reach out to your carrier to file a report to locate your package.

Do you cover duties for international packages?

At this time, we do not cover any duties due at pick up for international packages.
